- We only charge carriage at cost and will search for the best way to send you your order, including Royal Mail special delivery & first class, Parcel Force standard delivery & TNT. If your items are urgent please let us know in the order comments box, we will then email you back with alternative delivery methods for you to choose from. If you are ordering from outside the UK we will contact you to confirm delivery costs before processing the order.

- Cancellations
- The customer has the right to cancel an order within 7 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. The consumer is entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days during which they may cancel their order for any reason. They can do this by telephoning the office during working hours, but must speak to a customer representative to ensure the order is cancelled. The consumer can be asked to return the goods, but will not be charged for returning them. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money within 30 days of cancellation. This is in line with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
- Orders
- For your order to be processed and delivered you must supply us with all of your relevant personal details and if appropriate those of the recipient including full delivery details. The order will only be processed if full payment details are given. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Once we receive your order we will send you an email confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed. Orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of 18 years.

- Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Pacenote Site and/or the Pacenote Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this. We therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Pacenote Site and/or the Pacenote Service.
